Once you understand your ADHD it's much easier to control your impulses, which is very important if you plan to be a pilot. The key (at least for me) to getting better control of your actions is focus, focus, focus. Please don't let this hamper your desire to become a pilot. People with ADHD CAN focus on specific goals, especially if that goal is something that interests them. If becoming a pilot is what you want to do, go for it.
